Fandango Quilt Workshop!

The Fandango Quilt Workshop was a big success today 

despite the springtime snowstorm. 

We cut one-inch strips and sewed them into these scrappy fans 

using member Karen Griska's Fandango quilt pattern. 

Lunchtime was a nice break for visiting.

A good time was had by all.

Meeting tonight!

Come and be brought back to the Civil War era with lecture and stories by Elizabeth Choti Bayreuther as she speaks about quilts fron the north and south. Plus shop at Yankee Cloth as she fends at our meeting. See you there! 7:15 pm.

The Fandango Rulers are Here!

Our custom-made 9" Fandango rulers for the workshop have arrived! 

They have brown paper on both sides to keep them nice and shiny 

until we're ready to use them. The Plexiglas is 1/4" thick. Cost is $5. 

If you have an 8" or 8.5" square ruler, that will work fine too. 

We have room for a few more participants so call Donna Bruno to sign up.
